Win StreaksAt the conclusion of the 2004 season, The Blue Devils had the states' longest active win streak at 26 games won in a row dating back to the first game of the 2003 season.

That streak tied the record for Broome County schools, the early 1980s Johnson City juggernaut having reached it previously. The state record is 55 straight wins by Massena which ended in 1957. That mark is also the state's record for the unbeaten streak. Since then a number of teams have run up 40+ game winning streaks, most recently Onondaga's that ended earlier this season. The Section 4 record is 34 straight wins by Delhi, which ended in 1987. The Section 4 record for an unbeaten streak is the 35-0-1 skein Vestal put up, ending in 1976.

Other streaks the Blue Devils had at the end of the season, the first four dating back to the 2000 season, are:
  • ~ 44 straight wins against Section 4 teams
  • ~ 25 straight wins in-division
  • ~ 23 straight wins at home
  • ~ 17 straight wins away (true away, AT the other teams' field)
  • ~ 9 straight playoff games
